What is the biggest challenge faced by Pakistan

The biggest challenge faced by Pakistan is the ideology of Two Nation Theory

Two nation theory  create furor of false nationalism and hatred among the Muslims of subcontinent for other religion, and a sense of insecurity and survival challenges  among the citizen after the formation of Pakistan in 1947, .

Therefore the powerful quarter in Pakistan intentionally or unintentionally further deepened this sense of alienation into the mind of it citizen, which be can understood from one of the most famous  speech of the founding father of the nation Muhammad ali Jinnah at university stadium Lahore on 30th October 1947, in which  He said that “there is no power on the earth that can undo Pakistan”  this statement make it crystal clear that  the powerful quarter of Pakistan from the very beginning viciously make up the mind of its citizen that external and internal forces are trying hard to eliminate Pakistan from the map of the world, so the biggest challenge  in front of the state of Pakistan is it survival which only be achieved  through ultra nationalism, religious fanaticism   and xenophobia , because they were aware of the fact that without  the above mention dubious characteristic two nation theory can't survive and prevail.so they make such policies which direct the new born state in the way of security development instead of economic and social  development.

The first  step for the establishment of  militarily powerful country was to rule the country without constitution,  through power or through some selective people who will not differ with existing security policies, this resulted into the formation of extractive political system and powerful security  establishment (army) in Pakistan. In the short span of time the security establishment (army)  gain enough power to influence all the other pillars of the state and within one decade of the independence it became powerful enough to  impose first martial law in Pakistan on 7th October 1958, with the passage of time the security establishment became powerful enough that all the other entities of the state be it executive, judiciary or  its people(parliament) become irrelevant in front of it security establishment  and they directly or indirectly control all the other entities of the state, there is nothing wrong to state that ,they not only  became state within  state but they became the state itself.

like any other security institution  in the world their sole focus remain in making of powerful military, they also  make the people believe that they are the secret cow of the state and they are the only one who are  patriotic and sincere with Pakistan ,so they can do no wrong . Until early nineteen seventies and so on  through propagandas of ultra nationalism and xenophobia they successfully transfer the entire nation into warmonger who  make the intention of making atom bomb at the expense of eating grass and later on put that intention into practice also.

In 1971,  the dis integration of state  open the fact up on the establishment that they cannot further rule the country through propagandas and cumulation of all the power in their own hand  and the country cannot moves  forward without constitution which distribute some power to other entities of the state but the irony  is after the constitution, the  executive and legislative power remain in the hand of few families and true inclusive political system became more distant then it was ever before. these few powerful elite make legislation to further strengthen their own power , once gain enough power they started to  deify the dictation of their masters , thus a new game of throne begin in the power circle of the country  which further push the country backward . The champions of democracy  in the country instead making inclusive political and economic institutions and enhancing true sense of   pluralistic  ideology among the diverse ethno lingual citizens of the country they cash on religious radicalism and xenophobia. in addition to that they   introduce territoriality among the people and increase further division between

After 78 years of independence we still rely on the abhorrent and outdated  version of two nation theory , we lack a dynamic  ideology on the basis which we can draft a new policies  and laws through which recognize cultural, ethnic and lingual diversity in our country and make a proper framework work for the national cohesion and unity among the  diverse  citizens  of Pakistan . As nation we should understand  that there are no internal and external forces which are trying to undo  Pakistan, therefore economic and social development are more important than security challenges of Pakistan
